Twenty years solving the same problemsfor a thousand different companies.

A 20 Year Mission

For twenty years I built alongside founders and operators. Two-person startups running on conviction. SMBs in their first real growth curve. Enterprise teams with thousands of people and decades of process. Different industries, different stages, different scales.

I was inside all of them. Very few people get that view of how business actually works.

The problems werealways the same.

The logos changed. The markets changed. The problems held. Information scattered across a dozen systems. Decisions made without the full picture. Critical knowledge living in one person's head. Tools that solved a sliver and opened three new gaps.

I fixed them. One company at a time, for twenty years. Every fix worked. Every fix was custom, temporary, and impossible to hand to the next company that needed it.

I knew there was a better way.

You cannot see the same problem a thousand times and keep treating it as a thousand problems. It is one problem with one architecture underneath it.

So I set out to build the core solution. A business in a box. One system designed to answer the majority of what companies actually struggle with, built first for the people with the smallest margin for error.

Research, development, and clarity that kept deepening.

What started as a solutions platform for businesses kept getting sharper. Every year of research answered a harder question. Who this was truly for. What it had to be capable of. How far the idea could actually go.

The scope never drifted. It grew, because the deeper we went the more obvious it became that a set of tools was nowhere near the ceiling.

Three years inJane arrived.

Artificial intelligence moved the ceiling entirely. The piece that had been missing from every solution I ever shipped was a partner. Someone who holds the whole company in memory, understands what every signal means, says the honest thing, and then acts on it.

Jane became the center of everything. Five years of work turned into the foundation she stands on.

It bloomed intosomething braver.

Haleos today is Jane. An intelligence built for the people carrying the most risk with the least support, engineered with the care that ambition of this size demands.

We are not here to add another tool to the stack. We are here to change how companies get built and how the people building them succeed together.

Three commitmentswe will not trade.

The founder wins or we failed

Every decision inside this company is measured against one question. Does this make the founder more likely to succeed? Everything else is noise.

Empathy is engineering

Building is a human experience before it is a business one. Jane is designed for the person at midnight with the same rigor she is designed for the board meeting.

Truth over comfort

Jane tells you what is actually happening inside your company. Clearly, early, and without softening it. A co-founder who flatters you is not a co-founder.

One million founders. One AI co-founder each.

Ninety percent failure. One hundred fifty-three billion dollars lost every year. World-changing ideas dying because the people carrying them ran out of clarity, capital, or support at the wrong moment.

We are here to end all three.

“Every generation produces a technology that redefines what one person can build. This is that moment for founders. The tools exist. The intelligence exists. What has been missing is a partner who carries the weight alongside you. We built Jane to be that partner. Not for a few. For every founder on Earth.”

a note from the founder

Circa '94, already hooked on building things with computers. Thirty years later, I'm still that same kid. Just with more failures, more lessons, and a mission to help founders avoid the mistakes I made. Haleos is built from lived experience, designed to give every founder the intelligence and support they deserve.
