Trademarks
Haleos, Jane, JaneOS1, AtlasOS1, the Haleos logomark, and related names, marks, and trade dress are trademarks or registered trademarks of Haleos, Inc. in the United States and other jurisdictions.
You may not use Haleos marks without our prior written permission, except for a factual reference that is accurate, not misleading, and does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement. You may not register or use a domain, social handle, company name, or mark that is confusingly similar to a Haleos mark.

Copyright
© Haleos, Inc. All rights reserved.
The text, graphics, photographs, video, audio, interface design, and compilation of Haleos websites and products are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute them except as Haleos expressly permits or as copyright law allows for a narrow, lawful purpose such as a qualifying quotation with attribution.
Screens, demonstrations, and product replicas on Haleos websites are presentations of Haleos products. They are not source material, specifications, or a grant of rights in the underlying technology.
Proprietary technology
Haleos products, including Jane, JaneOS1, and AtlasOS1, are proprietary. All software, models, methods, processes, designs, know-how, and confidential information related to the Services are owned by Haleos or its licensors and are protected as trade secrets and other intellectual property.
Haleos does not publish internal system design, model design, operational frameworks, or other secret sauce in public legal pages, marketing pages, or documentation. Apparent product behavior is not a specification. Observation of the Services is not a license to copy them.
Any attempt to derive, extract, infer, or reconstruct Haleos proprietary technology from public materials, product use, outputs, or telemetry is prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
Software and third-party components
Haleos software is proprietary. Access to a Haleos product is not a license to its source, models, or methods.
The Services may include or interoperate with third-party software or services. Those components remain subject to their own licenses. Third-party open-source licenses, where applicable, apply only to the third-party components they identify. They do not open Haleos proprietary technology, and they do not require Haleos to disclose Haleos source, models, or methods.
No implied license
Except for the limited right to use the Services as Haleos makes them available, no license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If we remove material and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the information the law requires.
Export
Haleos products and technical data may be subject to United States export controls. You are responsible for compliance with those laws.
Forward-looking statements
Haleos public materials may include statements about future products, features, or plans. Those statements are not promises. Features can change or be withdrawn. Public statements are not a disclosure of unpublished technology.

A failure by Haleos to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
