Program conditions
The Startup Program is built for early-stage companies taking a product to market. Review who is eligible and how the grant works before you apply.
Eligibility
- A business, not a side project
The Startup Program helps new companies build on JaneOS1 without start-up cost. Apply only if your company has a product and a business model or monetization strategy.
- Business email required
Applications must be submitted from a company email address. Applications from personal email providers are not considered.
- Built for the long term
Grants go to companies taking a product to market for the long term. One-off projects, events, and campaigns are not eligible.
- Fewer than 25 employees
The program is open to startups and small companies with fewer than 25 employees at the time of application.
- No agencies or consultancies
Agencies, consultancies, and service firms building on behalf of clients are not eligible.
- One application per company
Each company may apply once. Founders running more than one company may submit one application for each.
- Not for existing enterprise customers
Companies with an active AtlasOS1 enterprise agreement are not eligible for a grant.
Grant terms
- Grant term
- Six months of JaneOS1 Start at no cost, including 125M Jane Tokens each month, for 750M Jane Tokens in total.
- Grow discount
- After the grant term, six months of JaneOS1 Grow at 50% off. When the discount ends, you choose the plan that fits your company.
- Non-transferable
- Grants, Jane Tokens, and partner perks cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for cash. Doing so ends the grant immediately.
- Confidentiality
- We are not able to sign NDAs for applications. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Haleos may update these conditions for future applications; awarded grants keep the terms they were accepted under. Use of JaneOS1 is governed by the Terms of Service.
